College Baseball Recruiting Process

Are college coaches allowed to recruit 8th grade players?
I’m an 8th grade baseball player and am eager to start the recruiting process. I’m just not sure if NCAA gives college coaches permission to recruit 8th graders, since NCAA have a lot of rules. I’ve just wanted to start off making a recruiting profile, nothing much. But again, I’m not sure if they are allowed to recruit 8th graders and not break any rules.
Thanks for any information you can give me about this.
If you’re serious, you must be a few donuts short of a dozen. No college coach in his/her right mind would recruit an 8th grader. Actually, I think this is one dumb piece of fiction.
